CCM&T Playgroup Sign-up Form

CCM&T’s organized playgroups are one of the longest traditions of our group and have been a staple of our neighborhood group for over thirty years. It is a wonderful way to meet new people when you move into the neighborhood as well as expand your circle if you are already established. Of course, our little ones love the regular gatherings too!
Playgroups are for infants to children aged 5 years old and will be organized by both age and day of the week preference as indicated in the registration form. If families have children of multiple ages participating, at least one of the children participating to be with like-aged children. Once playgroups are established, the participants can decide what specific times they want to meet in the morning or afternoon. Playgroups rotate hosts each time, but groups can meet outside of the hosts' home (ie: parks, the library, whatever works for the group). |
